Reading – We will focus
on verb tenses and literature circles in reading this week.
Spelling – Environment, ecosystem, habitat,
mountain, piedmont, coastal plain, ocean, swamp, debate, depression, justice,
volunteer.
Writing – The students will begin the writing
process for the animal project. The
students will work on the writing at school but might need some extra research
outside of school for extra information on their selected animal.
Math – All Classes: Fractions Unit-This week’s focus is
fractions on a number line.
